What does Dokimo Talent do?
Dokimo Talent fills the seats an MSP cannot fill, from service desk and NOC to security, engineering, billing, and sales. You describe the work, the tools, and the hours, and it recruits in the Philippines or in Mexico, whichever suits the hours.
You interview a short list of people who have already been tested on the real work, and you choose who gets the seat. They work in your tools, under your managers, on the hours you set, employed in their own country through an employer-of-record partner. You get one monthly invoice, month to month, with no long-term contract.
Every seat is remote. Dokimo Talent is not built for on-site work, for cover during a short spike, or for a client you keep US-only. It fills the same seats for other US companies as well as for MSPs and MSSPs.
